Cycling from London to Tokyo for Charity

Hello! We are Ben Cook & George Cullen
aka The Hairy Handlebars

We are proudly raising funds for Movember by cycling from London to Tokyo in 2019. We left London in the spring of 2019, the trip will see us (and our Mos) ride over 6000 miles across the largest landmass on earth and pass through over 20 countries along the way. You can see where we currently are by tracking our tour.

The Aim

We aim to reach Japan by October, and hope to catch as much of the Rugby World Cup as possible upon arrival, as well as enjoying a well-earned beer or two!

Neither of us have experienced anything of this magnitude before, and while we can’t wait to start pedalling, we will be relying on your kind support and donations to keep us going! So please Donate!

Thanks for supporting us and more importantly, our cause.

“Raising vital funds and awareness to tackle some of the biggest health issues men face around the world

“The Movember Foundation is a global men’s health movement, working all year round to stop men dying too young. By taking on this epic challenge, The Hairy Handlebars will be raising vital funds and awareness to tackle some of the biggest health issues men face around the world, so it is fitting that their gruelling cycle will take them across the world’s largest landmass. Everyone at Movember wishes them the best of luck on their trip, and we urge everyone to support these two dedicated Mo Bros as they take their fine facial hair to Japan and back. We are sure it will be fun, tough and rewarding, and we are hugely grateful for their support.”
